She's going to kill me for this one. As many of you know, mum had a hugely generous nature and if she knew there was something you liked she would get it for you in abundance. Funnily enough, when there was something mum liked she would also get it in abundance and would have many food fads over the years. As a child, I remember cupboard is filled with goblin meet puddings which mum loved. After a recent stint in hospital, she had me hunting down the makers of the ice cream supplied in hospital as she said, in her words"It was bloody delicious"
